DMCA Notice Requirements

Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a valid copyright infringement notification must include all of the following elements.

Typing your full name constitutes a legally binding electronic signature pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 7001 (E-SIGN Act).

Submissions are processed at dmca@winbay-protect.site within 48 business hours.

Alternative Submission: Parties preferring to submit a written notice via email may send a fully compliant DMCA notification directly to dmca@winbay-protect.site. The notice must include all six statutory elements enumerated in 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). Incomplete email submissions will not be processed.

Counter-Notification Procedure
17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3)

If you believe that material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). A valid counter-notification must include: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the material that was removed; (3) a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and (4) your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal district court.
