Communication Guidelines
Required formatting for all formal submissions

To ensure timely processing, all communications submitted to this node must adhere to the following guidelines. Non-compliant submissions may be returned or deprioritized in the processing queue.

Subject Line Must include the channel prefix (DMCA / TECH / MEDIA) followed by a brief description. Example: DMCA Notice — Unauthorized Image Reproduction
Sender Identity Full legal name and organizational affiliation must be disclosed in the message body. Anonymous submissions are not processed.
Language English is the required language for all formal submissions. Translations may be provided as supplementary attachments.
Attachments Accepted formats: PDF, DOCX, PNG, JPG. Maximum attachment size: 25 MB per message. Password-protected archives are not accepted.
Encryption PGP encryption is available for sensitive legal submissions. Request the public key from tech@winbay-protect.site before sending confidential materials.
